NextIntelligence.ai has developed the OfficeMail apps ("OfficeMail Pro," "OfficeMail Enterprise,") as commercial apps. These apps and the website are provided by NextIntelligence.ai and are intended for use as is. This page is used to inform visitors regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use our Service.

OfficeMail may include a cloud service.

OfficeMail may consist of its app and a cloud service. OfficeMail's server may store your accounts' information, device information, and data to be used in the service if you are using OfficeMail's service. OfficeMail only connects to the actual mail servers. But its service may store your messages on the device and the cloud server for backup.

OfficeMail never passes user logins to NextIntelligence, and NextIntelligence has no access to that information. However, OfficeMail may collect users' information subscribed to provide and improve OfficeMail's service. But in case the user or user's company uses an independent server, we don't collect and save its server's user information.

If you choose to use our apps, you agree to the collection and use of information regarding this policy. The Personal Information that we collect is used for providing and improving the Service. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.

What information do we request to users, and for what purpose?

We may collect information about you in a variety of ways. The information we may collect via the Application depends on the content and materials you use, and includes:

Information you provide to us directly. We may also collect any communications or customer supports between you and the Company and any other information you provide to the Company.

Information Request and Use

We use open authorization services such as Office365 ADAL and Google OAuth. The App authenticates your identity and provides you the option to share certain information with us, including your name, email address, and access to your email inbox. OfficeMail only communicates with EAS servers (Office365, Exchange, Outlook, etc.) through ADAL and secure protocols, and Google servers through the Gmail API and its OAuth protocol, and never stores any data or messages present in your inbox on our servers or other storage. You can revoke access at any time. But OfficeMail may save users' data on the OfficeMail service servers if you are using the OfficeMail service.

When you log into your email accounts through OfficeMail, you are granting permission to OfficeMail to securely access your information contained in or associated with those accounts. You are also providing your email address by logging into the application. When you correspond with us, we may keep the email address for future reference. For example, if you send us feedback, such communications may be preserved by us.

The terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms and Conditions, which are accessible at OfficeMail unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy.

Log Data

We want to inform you that whenever you use our app, in case of an error in the app we collect data and information on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your email addresses, device type, model, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our app, the time and date of your use of the app, and other statistics.

OAUTH2

OfficeMail can use various authentication manners to access EAS servers such as Office365, Exchange, GSuite, or Outlook, as well as use Gmail or Google Apps (G Suite) accounts with Google’s preferred authentication method, called OAUTH2.

When adding a new account, you’ll need to choose a kind of servers such as “Office365, Exchange, Gmail or G Suite.” If you upgrade an existing account registered in OfficeMail, you can go to your own accounts (Office365, Exchange, Gmail or G Suite) in OfficeMail's settings, then tap the Verify to authenticate the account, OfficeMail will redirect you to OAUTH2 screen for a server you are using.

For example, if you are using a server using OAUTH2 like Gmail, OfficeMail will not be able to see, store, or transmit your account’s password. Instead, it will use a so-called “access token” to log in.

This access token uses complex math (cryptography) and cannot be used to recover the account’s password, even if the token is intercepted by a malicious third party.

After you log in to your server, OfficeMail may need permissions to allow you to use and manage emails in your account, such as Read, Compose, Send, and Delete. If you trust OfficeMail products, these apps will help you handle your data properly in the way you expect. You can always see or remove access in your Account of the server.

OfficeMail may want permission to do anything you can do in your mail server, including:

Read your emails

Compose new emails

Add new emails meant for a different email address into your inbox your inbox

Send emails for you

Delete your email

Create, change or delete your email labels

Get notified when certain kinds of emails appear in your inbox, like a travel confirmation
In addition, OfficeMail may need permission to manage your basic email settings like signature and vacation responder (out of office responder).

Among these OAuth2 APIs, OfficeMail will use APIs related to signature and vacation responder settings. For example, when OfficeMail will use these APIs, it may need permission to manage Gmail's features.

View and manage primary Reply-To, display name and signature

View and manage vacation responder settings

If you don’t trust OfficeMail, you can prohibit access in your account settings. OfficeMail will not save or provide your sensitive data or private information to third-party or sites other than its purpose.
